30 days after receiving your order to request a return. Item must be unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, with receipt.

- Damaged, defective, or wrong item → Hantad pays 100% (prepaid label provided).
- Change of mind / not satisfied → return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
