Where does Hantad ship to and how much does shipping cost?
We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom. Shipping is completely free on
every order with no minimum purchase. We do not ship to PO Box addresses, military
addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or restricted areas.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Total delivery time is 6 to 12 business days:
• Processing time: 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday)
• Transit time: 4–9 business days (Monday to Friday)
• Order cutoff: 6:00 PM (GMT+0:00 London). Orders placed after the cutoff are processed the next business day.
How can I track my order?

What if my package is lost or arrives damaged?
Please contact us immediately at support@hantad.com with your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damage. We will work with the carrier to investigate and will either resend your order, replace it, or issue a full refund.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. The item must be unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
How do I start a return?
Email us at support@hantad.com with your order number and the reason for your return. If approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label together with clear instructions on how and where to ship your package. Please do not send items back before receiving our return authorisation.
Who pays for return shipping?
For standard UK returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we of course cover the full return shipping.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you whether the refund is approved. If approved, your refund is issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to post to your account. If it has been more than 15 business days since approval, contact us at support@hantad.com.
